Well this https://experience.tripster.ru/experience/Istanbul/sights/ week I lost my second hairdryer in 3 months. Rrrr! And it’s no one’s fault but mine.

It’s not much of a hairdryer, they’re really henna dryers, and I lost them both at school festivals.

What happens is I set them up at the nearest outlet (never close to where I am) so that a volunteer, parent or teacher can help the kids dry their henna patterns before they smudge. Several hours and hundreds of henna designs later, suddenly the event is over and I’m packing up and bundling out in a hurry; my mind a haze of henna patterns and tattoo talk.

I think I’m going to get an extension cord and start keeping them at my table whenever possible. Maybe put a Command hook underneath the table and loop the dryer cord on it so it can’t get away? Something has to work. I’m willing to sacrifice two dryers to the henna gods (or gods of forgetfulness and learning experiences), but I think I’m ready to draw the line.
